OUR STORY
RE/MAX Philippines entered the county in 2012 and there introduced a model that soon helped real estate professionals achieve more in their profession.
In 2024, we have over 35 offices and 300 agents around the Philippines. Read our story below.
In 1973, Dave and Gail Liniger establish RE/MAX (Real Estate Maximums). It was a unique and revolutionary model that would attract the best real estate professionals at that time and eventually change the US real estate industry forever.
From then RE/MAX grew consistently to become a household name in multiple countries with its progressive model, robust support and unwavering vision. From its expansion in Europe in the late 90s to Asia in the early 2000s, RE/MAX has attracted top professionals from all over the globe – proving that the RE/MAX value is truly global.
In 2012, partners Liz and John Duenas, Leonard and Gina Campos and Eddie Recto Santos Jr. established RE/MAX Philippines HQ in Makati City with the vision to bring that same top-quality service and progressive RE/MAX model into the country. Their hope was that it would help professionalize the industry and increase opportunities for real estate professionals around the country
In the first few years, pioneer offices started taking root and gaining momentum in Metro Manila with a mix of seasoned professionals and young entrepreneurial real estate brokers looking to introduce something better to the market. There the foundation of success and leadership began forming, which today remains critical to RE/MAX Philippines as many of these pioneer offices are thriving.
Using momentum from those first few years, RE/MAX Philippines grew even further by adding the right partners and offices to the mix. This along with a wave of development and growth in the overall real estate industry added the depth of knowledge and expertise that RE/MAX Philippines now collectively possesses. This depth has allowed RE/MAX Philippines to continue to push forward and innovate.
In 2019, RE/MAX Philippines flies for the first time its iconic balloon. Aside from promoting the global brand, the event also symbolized how the RE/MAX business model and journey of success has broken what was once the limitations holding back many in the Philippines’ real estate brokerage industry.
In the most recent annual RE/MAX International Convention in Las Vegas, RE/MAX Philippines had the most awardees it ever had. This trend, that began in the last 6 years with more and more agents stepping on stage every year, serves as a testament to the quality of RE/MAX agents and their commitment to themselves and the profession has indeed delivered results.
Today, after more than a decade, RE/MAX Philippines is at its largest with 36 offices and more than 300 real estate professionals all over the country. Recently, expansion in key cities in North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao is bringing the RE/MAX vision even closer and staying committed to raising the limits of the industry throughout the country.
